Dashboard

A metrics dashboard assembled entirely from certified ui-lab components — a Toolbar of actions, a Meter and a Progress Bar for gauges, a Rating, and a sortable Data Table of top pages. It is a composition of verified primitives: no separate conformance spec, because each piece is already certified by the @publictheta/ui-spec suite against two implementations. With Finder (a shell), Settings (forms), and Mail (an inbox), this is the fourth whole-app demonstration — here the data-display and feedback cluster.
