Live Loader
A region that transitions from loading to loaded over time. It starts busy (a polite status live region), then resolves to the loaded list after a short delay; the reload button runs the cycle again. Where Async Content certifies the lifecycle states as static fixtures, this certifies the transition between them — verified deterministically with a controlled clock.
